“ENRC embarked on a major business transformation programme (Programme Arrow), aligned to the Group business strategy, encompassing all operational business processes and associated organisational design.

 

The aim of this 5 year Programme was to incorporate industry best practice business processes across the Group, in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the business whilst minimising its complexity.  In addition, the Programme will deliver increased transparency and reporting within the Group, as well as the supply chain, business support services and asset performance.  
This highly complex Business Transformation and SAP Implementation required a significant Change Management effort on behalf of the company.  Initially ENRC required Russian speaking Change Management Resource to be based in Kazakhstan.  After an exhaustive and eventually unsuccessful direct search, Portland Resourcing were engaged due their experience in this area.  Within a short time frame, Portland successfully placed the Russian speaking Change Management Lead and this lead was able ensure that the change management strategy, approach, team and methodology was fit for purpose for Kazakhstan. 
Portland’s resource went on to guide and coach the Kazakhstan Core Change Management team and the Deployment Change Management lead in the delivery of the change management assets, including on the ground support with templates, tools, methodology.  They built awareness, understanding and acceptance of the change management strategy and approach within the KZ Arrow Programme Team and other key KZ stakeholders.  Further to that, this resource managed the Core Template Change Management plan.
Portland have since assisted with further Change Management and Training resourcing and I am happy to vouch for their specialist experience in this area.  Their Change Management network is truly Global and they are able to deliver quickly and efficiently to extremely difficult and rare resource requirements.  Above all I find them professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with.”
