disciplines of Organizational Change Management: This means they can fully understand client requirements, and screen candidates to the
highest level ensuring we only send candidates that are right for the project
Because we are not a consultancy, we can provide independent experts with different
backgrounds in Organizational Change Management, that have used different Organizational
Change methodologies, depending on your needs
In fact, we often find that independent (freelance) Organisational Change Managers do not
necessarily subscribe to one single Change methodology: they tend to pick and choose
different methodologies depending on the requirements of the project and the client
This is in stark contrast to the majority of consultancies that will bring their own
methodology to a project, and always apply the same methodology
Freelance resources rely on their reputations to find their next roles; as a result their aim is
to deliver for their clients as quickly as possible

We Deliver Globally
We source local candidates (that speak English as well as
the local language) for projects globally across EMEA, Asia Pac and the Americas.
This means candidates understand the local culture, can
speak to the business in their own language, which also reduces cost for our clients.
Consultancies tend not to have local experts on the bench
in the emerging markets.
Many large clients have come to us for Change Management
resources across Asia Pac, Latin America and Eastern Europe as the consultancies they use were not able to
deliver local resources in these regions.
